I’m 59, 5’6” and Just Reached 147…
After YEARS of Being at 236!

The Old Me At 236

It began when we finally acquired our Florida dream condo... I found my hubby looking at lovely, sun-tanned women in their bikinis everywhere we went...

Then there was me, always hiding behind a shabby sundress, afraid of exposing all my flab and folds.

What's the most humiliating aspect? I'm originally from Florida. I used to be one of those careless young ladies who flaunted everything... and allowing the boys to pursue me.

But there I was, lying awake at night, imagining my husband having an affair with one of them.

And, to be honest, I wouldn't blame him if he did.

My body never fully recovered after giving birth. Like lint attached to a cotton sweater, the additional padding clung to me.

That, of course, resulted in my being tired and irritable all day.

Ice Cream and chocolate were my go-to comfort foods whenever I was down. That simply exacerbated the downhill spiral.

And when my husband's intimacy with me entirely dried up, I realized it was time to make a change.

I Did Everything The Doctors and Fitness Instructors Told Me To Do... However, Nothing Worked.
All my fit friends told me things like…
​* Eliminate sugar & carbs
​* Drink more water
​* Take up running
​* Sign up for boot camp
​​* Try this protein powder
​​* Cleanses & detoxes
​​* Keto, Paleo, etc.

And absolutely NONE of it worked!

I’d drop another 5 or 10 for a week or so…only for my old numbers to snap back like a rubber band.

After so many attempts, I just felt my body getting worn out.

My joints hurt more and more…and I could hardly catch my breath after going up the stairs in my own home.

I was desperate. I knew if I didn’t turn things around soon, I’d be trapped on this path for good.

I Blamed Myself for Not Making Progress like Everyone Else

The toughest thing was seeing friends and family members update their fitness status on social media.

Every week, it seemed like I was seeing them becoming slimmer, happier, and more confident in their selfies...while I was steadily sliding into the depths.

Finally, I sent a private message to an old college acquaintance named Kate. We'd been in touch on and off throughout the years, and she'd always been gracious and encouraging.

She also has four children!! So when she uploaded photos of herself losing weight from 215 pounds to 191 pounds to 140 pounds, I knew she was onto something.

And, most all, I hoped she would give me the REAL narrative behind her change, as opposed to all the sponsored influencers on social media.

She promptly responded, telling me about the "tea tweak" she had been taking only a few months previously.

She, like me, has tried a TON of various exercises, diets, and supplements with little success...

This "tea tweak" was distinct, partly because it only used the natural metabolism-boosting chemicals found in common tea.

Weight Gain, You See, Has Nothing to Do With...

As long as we believe it’s OUR fault, they can keep selling us the same junk and the same empty promises.

And so now it feels like the only right thing to do is to SHARE what I know now!
